  1. Appointments created through the Service are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant parties.
  2. You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking appointments (correct time, contact details, etc.).
  3. We are not a party to the appointments themselves and are not responsible for disputes between users regarding scheduled appointments.
  4. Repeated no-shows, abusive booking patterns, or misuse of the scheduling system may result in account restrictions or termination.

By using the Service, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account and appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and updates. These are essential communications required for the operation of the Service and are not marketing emails.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
