Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: April 14, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our appointment scheduling service ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
The Service is a web-based appointment scheduling platform that allows users to book, manage, and organize appointments. The Service may be used by individuals and businesses for scheduling purposes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration and Security
- To use the Service, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, phone number, and a password — or by signing in through Google OAuth.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Create fake, fraudulent, or spam appointments.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate any person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or any part of the Service infrastructure.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service without our prior written consent.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or the servers and networks that host it.
- Use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Appointment Bookings
- Appointments created through the Service are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant parties.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking appointments (correct time, contact details, etc.).
- We are not a party to the appointments themselves and are not responsible for disputes between users regarding scheduled appointments.
- Repeated no-shows, abusive booking patterns, or misuse of the scheduling system may result in account restrictions or termination.
6. Email Notifications
By using the Service, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account and appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and updates. These are essential communications required for the operation of the Service and are not marketing emails.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Service Availability
- We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
- The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from Service downtime or interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Service, other users, or us.
- You may delete your account at any time through the Service. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
12. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
16. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at the email address provided on the Service.
